Global restricted parties.
Search names and aliases, see which authority issued a listing, and follow the restriction back to its source.
U.S. CSL snapshot: October 20, 2026. Non-U.S. records: targeted historical research through October 17. Each match retains its own issuing jurisdiction and source-specific scope.
Refine by list, coverage or date
Date filters use complete source start / effective dates, not the download date. Records without complete dates are excluded only when a date filter is applied.
Matching restricted-party records
A source-specific listing is a screening lead. It is not a determination that every transaction with that party is prohibited.

Coverage, dates & how to interpret these counts
U.S. coverage: 26,159 records from the complete official CSL JSON snapshot generated October 20, 2026 at 09:15 UTC. The file consolidates multiple federal lists; individual agency update times vary. A source feed may report zero rows. Check the source-specific official publication before a transaction.
Non-U.S. coverage: 118 China-issued and 14 EU-issued party records from targeted research through October 17, 2026, with October 18 reference corrections. These are historical records; current status has not been reverified. They are not complete national lists. Older U.S. annex extracts and commodity measures are excluded from these party counts.
Counting: each source-specific record counts once. One party can appear on several lists. We preserve those legal distinctions and do not claim a count of unique entities. “China issued” means a Chinese issuing authority, not a Chinese address. Blank dates are not zero events; a single snapshot cannot establish additions, removals or a complete history.
Search: literal phrase matching across recorded names, aliases, country codes, programs and list references. This is not fuzzy matching or an identity verification service. A no-match result does not establish clearance. Product and technology controls have their own China controls view and classification resources.
Downloads: CSV exports the matching search projection; formula-like values are prefixed with an apostrophe for spreadsheet safety. Analysis JSON includes filters, metric definitions, source dates, hashes and the exact original-record file references. Expand a result to read its complete, unmodified original source fields.
